*Lactobacillus sporogenes is a universally occurring, beneficial bacteria. L. sporogenes is a probiotic which supports the growth of friendly bacteria and helps maintain a healthy balance of microflora in the intestinal environment. Unlike other strains of lactobacillus, L. sporogenes does not require refrigeration to maintain its peak potency (as measured by live colony forming units, CFU's).
